July 12, 1963 - November 11, 2024

Michele Diane Beason-Fitch, age 61 passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024 at Perry Lutheran Homes, Kings Garden. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 at 10:00 am at Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. The family will greet friends on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family and checks made payable to Danielle Fitch. Condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com

The daughter of Robert J. and Judy Grace (Carter) Beason, Michele was born on July 12, 1963 in Grinnell, Iowa. She graduated from Colfax High School in 1981 and went on to college receiving her CMA. She worked in healthcare all of her life. While in high school, Michele was involved with the chorus, marching band and was a manager for the wrestling team. Michele will be remembered for her big heart and always desiring to help others. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and friends. She enjoyed music and dancing, traveling to Leech Lake in Minnesota and camping and picnics.

Those left to honor her memory include her children, Matt (Amanda) Fitch, Danielle Fitch and Jimmy (Shyanne) McIntire; three grandchildren, Lacey, Cora and Hudson; her brother, Scott (Mindy) Beason and a very special friend James McIntire. Preceding her in death were her parents, and a sister, Tami Beason Thompson.
