David Davis, a young man living in the north part of the city, met with a very painful accident a few days ago. He in company with his sister and one or two other girls were enroute for Mr. Jones' and on the highway he found a revolver, it had been dropped by some one and the teams had run over it breaking off the handle so that there was only the barrel, cylinder and hammer left. He picked it up and placed the muzzle on his left hand, and pulled away at the defunct hammer, the ball passed through his hand, making a very ugly gash. Dr. Moon dressed the wound, and nature will repair the injury. Boys it is dangerous to even look at a revolver.
