Albert Weston Prann was born 20 Dec. 1861 in New Oregon, Iowa. Albert had at least one sibling, Fred J. Prann who died aged 64 on 5 Nov. 1931. Fred was the son-in-law of Mrs. Kirtsen West.
Albert was married to Nellie Etta (maiden name unknown) who was born 9 Mar 1869 at Ridgeway, Iowa. Nothing more is known of Albert's life in Howard County. His parents are also unknown.

Albert W. Prann relocated to Hermiston, Oregon from Cresco, Iowa in 1908. In Hermiston, Mr. Prann was mayor, owned the 1st drug store, operated an apple packing plant, was a mortician.

Albert W. Prann died 24 Dec. 1956 in Pendleton, Oregon. He was survived by his only children, daughters Edith Clark and Alice Stone, both of Hermiston. Mr. Prann is interred at the Hermiston Cemetery, Umatilla Co., Oregon.
