WEBSTER CITY, March 9
Special Dispatch from the Dubuque TimesThe livery establishment of W. H. Torry, on Des Moines Street, was entirely destroyed by a fire at about half past 8 o’clock this evening, consisting of a large stock of buggies and sleighs and twelve valuable horses. Total loss about $-,000. No insurance. By a great effort of the citizens the western portion of the city was saved from flames. Cause of the fire not known.
