A Medal of Honor Recipient

In 1866, Charles A. Clark moved his family to Webster City, Iowa, where he clerked for an attorney. In 1876, the CLARKS moved to Cedar Rapids where Charles established a law firm with N. M. HUBBARD and C. J. DEACON. In this endeavor Charles became respected, arguing cases before the State and United States Supreme Courts.
