I, William Witty of the County of Fremont and State of Iowa, do hereby make and publish this, my last will and testament as follows, to wit:

First, I desire that my funeral expenses and all my other debts be first paid.

Second, that my wife, Margaret Witty, shall have all my property, both real and personal, during her life to do with what she thinks proper.

Third: That after her death that it shall be equally divided between my children.

I do hereby appoint Margaret Witty the executrix of this my last will and testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of January, A.D., 1853.
