Grandma Johnson - of Randolph

Grandma Johnson, of Randolph, was one of the honored guests of the Fellow-Allely wedding. Mrs. Johnson is the bride's maternal grandmother and is in her 93rd year.

She was born in West Maid county, Ireland and has a distinct remembrance of the great rejoicings held over the battle of Waterloo.

Mrs. Johnson is the mother of six sons and four daughters, all but two of whom are now living. John, the oldest, is 68 years of age, and Mrs. M.S. Allely is her youngest child.

Grandma Johnson is hale and hearty for one of her age. She lives alone, builds her own fires and does her own work, and more remarkable still she reads without glasses. Long may she live.
