NORA SPRINGS, May 23

Teachers in the Nora Springs schools have all signed their contracts to return the coming year.

High school teachers are Superintendent A.J. J.Jones; principal, Miss Esther Brockway, Indianola; Miss Margaret Riepe, Sperry; Miss Lelah Inman, Shellsburg; Miss Charlotte Severson,
Radcliffe; Fred Larson, Claremont; Mrs A. J.
Jones, Nora Springs.

Grade teachers are Miss Ellen Colwell, Nora Springs; Miss Nina Hansen, Spencer; Miss Opal Behne, Miss Johanna Thiele and Miss Mabel Gould, all of Nora Springs; Miss Marjory Brunner, Rock Falls; Miss Alma Nubson, Osage. Mr. Larson, the coach, will spend the summer at Oklahoma City in the Western baseball league. Miss Johanna Thiele and Miss Marjory Brunner will attend State Teachers' college at Cedar Falls.

Schools here closed Friday for the summer vacation and the teachers living elsewhere have gone home excepting Miss Riepe and Miss Brockway, who are staying over Monday to attend the northern district convention to be held in Nora Springs Monday. Miss Riepe is the noble grand of the Nora Springs Rebekah lodge No. 433.
