Philip and Cynthia Burlingham

I'm looking for info about Philip and Cynthia Burlingham, who were listed at ages 79 and 69 respectively, with Robert Burlingham and his family in Auburn Twp., Fayette Co., in the 1860 census. Robert's father was Squire Burlingham, and I think, but haven't been able to prove, that this Philip is Squire's father, from a prior marriage between Philip Burlingham and Polly Babcock. Any info about Philip and Cynthia (death/burial, probate, obituaries, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
