Mabel (Thelman) Henderson

I am looking for information on my paternal grandmother's parents. Her name was Mabel (Thelman) Henderson. Her real mother was Maria "Martha" Thelman, born in Alpha, in 1891. She died in the flue epidemic of 1919, that's all we know. Mabel's father was a Harry Meyers, but he was "absent" for one reason or another. Mabel was raised by her mother's parents, Frederick & Anna Marie (Lange) Thelman in Fayette county. She is on the 1920 census (9 years old) as Mabel Meyers, granddaughter, but it lists her grandparents' names as her parents. On the 1925 collection, she appears as niece (wrong), but lists her parents correctly (father- Harry Meyers & mother Martha Thelman), even though she lives with her grandparents & her mother is deceased. She married my grandfather Forrest Henderson of Volney (Allamakee county) in 1932 & they farmed there until he died in 1988. I am looking for ANY info on her parents or their families.
