Gregory family of Oren twp.

I am in hopes that someone has early day information on Oran/Oren township and the early families there. We have an ancestor named Catherine Gregory who settled at Oren township by 1855 when a daughter Abigail was born there. They later went to Clayton county where the Gregorys divorced and the wife Catherine Gregory remarried.
The Gregorys left Ohio and went to Wisconsin and then to Fayette county by 1855. We are trying to find out his first name. Does somebody have access to the Iowa state Census that came out between 1855 and 1860? I think it was 1856. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mr. Gregory will be found as the head of a household in Oren twp. with a wife Catherine or Katherine and daughters: Mary;Agnes,Elizabeth,and Abigail.
