Lingelbach, Anna C, 46, roomer, single, 10th grade education, b. IA, dau of William Lingelbach, b. Germany and Emma Karbel, b. Germany who were married in Iowapossibly Anna's uncle, also in Waterloo 1925
Jacob Lingelbach, 82, b. Germany, son of William Lingelbach, b. Germany and Emeline Mc Gregor, b. Germany who were married in GermanyJacob arrived in NY April 13, 1866 on ship Athena, from Bremen, Germany
Wm arrived in NY Nov 3, 1867 on ship Herman, from Bremen, Germany.
Wm is listed in 1884-1885 in Parkersburg in a business directory. The 1885 Iowa State census has the family there, with Wm running a billiard hall.
In 1870 Wm is found in Bureau, Bureau Co., Illinois, single as a farm laborer (as Lingelbaugh)
