“Dick” Otley Married.
McGregor Times-Mr. Richard Otley of Dubuque, better known here as “Dick,” and Miss Clarke, of Fayette, were married to-day, Thursday, Dec. 29, at Fayette. Mr. Otley sells groceries for Jno. Mehlhop & Son Co. of Dubuque, and is one of the best boys on the road. Miss Clarke was formerly of Elkader, her father was proprietor of Clarke house. She is a most estimable young lady and we congratulate Richard in winning so good a prize.
