Jill Renee Luellen, daughter of Norman and Joye (Miller) Hammer, was born on June 23, 1961 in Storm Lake, Iowa. She passed away at her daughter's home in Estherville, Iowa after a brief illness on June 5, 2022 at the age of 60.

Jill attended Ida Grove High School. She was united in marriage to Scott Luellen on August 4, 1991. The couple made their home in the Storm Lake area. Jill worked at area restaurants through out the years. She also was employed at Tyson and IBP.

Jill enjoyed watching NASCAR and investigative shows. She also enjoyed watching a good football game. Jill enjoyed her time with her children and family.

Jill is survived by her children Mark (Heather) Hammer, Natasha (Jermey) Jansen, Krysta Sunday, Carol Sosa-Luellen, and Joseph Luellen; 13 grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Kathy Vickery, Julie Cameron, Gerald Hammer, and Ramona Hammer.

Jill was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Paula Heine, her husband Scott Luellen, and two grandchildren Javier Salazer Luellen and Lyncoln Salazer Luellen.

A funeral service for Jill will be held at a later date.
