Bill was born on September 12, 1956, and passed away on November 4, 2011.
He is survived by his father, John Carlson; wife, Pat Carlson; four daughters; three brothers; one sister; eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Carlson.
Funeral Services will be held at Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque, IL. Visitation will be November 8, from 9 to 11 a.m., with funeral to follow.
