Nicholas Trentz, the builder, has completed the residence of James Strain in Whitewater Township. During the past season he erected nine houses, as follows: James H. Devaney, $1,300; Joe Schwindt, $800; Peter Asker, $1,000; T, N, McQuillen, $800; Charles Macomber, $800; Joe Dunnegan, $650; Matt Hanson, addition, $400; J. P. Koster, $750; James Strain, $650. The total amounts of his contracts reach $7,150. A good record for Nick.
