Cascade Pioneer, Published in Cascade, Iowa on Friday, October 11th, 1895

Farley had a shooting scrap last Saturday night. J. W. Brooks, a veterinary surgeon, shot at John O’Connell, and the bullet passed through his hat. The two men had a quarrel and O’Connell struck Brooks, when the latter pulled his revolver and fired.
