Frederick Albine Spanhut

Frederick was born on October 10, 1921* and passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Frederick was a resident of Burlington, Iowa at the time of his passing. He was a U.S. Army Air Corps Veteran served for four years during WWII. He was married to Kathryn (Meeker). Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday February 18 2017 where the family will receive friends at PrughThielen Funeral Home. The funeral service for Mr. Spanhut will be 11:00 AM Saturday February 18 2017 at PrughThielen Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Rygh officiating. Full military honors will be rendered by the Burlington Area Veterans Honor Guard. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A time of food and fellowship will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church following the burial.
