Miss Anna Henselman, aged 45, died from carbolic acid taken with suicidal intent on account of ill health.

Transcriber’s note: Find a Grave shows she was born in 1875 and died April 15, 1916. She is buried in Aspen Grove Cemetery in Burlington.
