On the 17th ult., by the Rev. J. G. Whitford, Mr. Levi Hagar to Mrs. Nancy Snyder.

In this City on the 29th ult. by the Rev. Mr. Whitford, Mr. James Stephens to Miss Sarah M. Reading, both of Wheeling, Va.

In this city on the 2nd inst., by the Rev. Mr. Whitford, Mr. Samuel G. Finney, of Baltimore, Md., to Miss Eunice P. Neal, of Charleston, Me.

In this county, on Thursday, the 2nd inst., by the Rev. Mr. Bonham, Mr. H. B. Marlow, of this city, to Miss Elizabeth Portlock, of Pleasant Grove.

In Danville Township, on Tuesday, 31st ult., by the Rev. Mr. Turner, Mr. Latham B. Green, of Lee County, to Miss Sarah Ann Long, of Des Moines County.

With the above we received, per Dr. Black, a loaf of wedding cake, being none the worse for having been brought in the Doctor's saddle bags. We wish the parties happiness and prosperity.
