Fire at Manchester
Blaze in Idlehour Theatre Does
$1,000 DamageManchester, March 30-Fire in the Idlehour Theatre, a moving picture house, damaged the moving picture outfit and the building to the extent of $1,000 last night. About 100 people were in the theatre at the time but all reached the street safely tho it was necessary to carry several women who were in a fainting condition. Jack Brown, who has rooms above the theater was also carried out of the building by Burdette Given, Brown having retired and being overcome by the smoke. The show place was operated by Dunham Bros., who had just recently purchased it.
