LARCENY – F. Ardry was arrested in town yesterday by Deputy Sheriff Kiene, on a warrant charging him with robbing the store of Mr. A. Dillion of Dyersville last spring of $1000 worth of goods. He waived an examination and his bond is fixed, by Justice Welsh, at $3000 for his appearance at the District Court, the required security is expected today, and in the meantime he remains in the custody of the Sherriff.
