Funeral services for Mrs. William (Sally) Swearington, 43, will be held at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Wheatland, at 11 a.m. today (Jan. 22). Burial will be in Morton, Ill. Additional services will be held in Morton at 11 a.m. Jan. 23. Memorials may be made to an educational fund for her children. Mrs. Swearingen, a 4th grade teacher in the Calamus-Wheatland school, died at St. Luke's hospital, Davenport Jan. 19.

She was married to William Swearingen in Morton in 1967.

She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Jennifer and Jessica; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elias Barth, Morton; a sister, Christy Boswell, Mackinaw, Ill. and 3 brothers, Thomas Barth, Barrington, Ill., John Barth III, Pekin, Ill. and Doede Barth, Hannah City, Ill.
