Ken- Yes, my great great grandparents, Joseph and Walburga Schwartz. They lived on a farm near Volga and moved to Littleport around 1910. They were given custody of Charles in 1874 and also his brother or half brother, Edward Meyer. Edward was a son of Walburga’s brother, Joseph Meyer (a butcher) and Elizabeth Thompson. I have not found anything indicating the Schwartz family raised Edward - only Charlie.
