Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Thursday November 11 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Osceola. A graveside service will be held later that afternoon at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Rockwell City, Iowa. Visitation will open for the public after 12 noon Wednesday at the Kale Funeral Home in Osceola.
Survivors include his wife Lee Hayward of Osceola; son, Dan (Julie) Hayward of Reno, NV; daughter - Judi (Eddie) Hensley of Lillington, NC; his three grandchildren, Joshua Casterline, Elsa Ross-Hayward, William Hayward; brother, Marvin (Colette) Hayward of Urbandale, IA.
