Loretta June Reeves, daughter of Robert C and Helen I. Edwards Utley, was born April 15, 1945 at Osceola, IA and died June 7, 2022 in Southern Hills Specialty Care at Osceola Iowa. She was 76 years old.

She attended Clarke County schools. She married Clifford Reeves on February 25, 1978 at Osceola, Iowa.

Shortly after their marriage they moved to Twin Falls, ID where their daughter Penny was born. They returned in 1980 and have remained in Iowa since. Loretta worked several years at Champlains Truck Stop. When they closed, she went to work at Lake Side Casino, retiring in February 2020. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She especially enjoyed spending time with family.

Loretta was proceeded in death by her parents, Cliff’s parents William and Louise Moore Reeves, brother Ron Utley, brother-in-law Billy Mongar, and nieces Tammy Mongar and Kathy Utley and nephew Bob Utley.

She is survived by her husband Cliff, daughter Penny Reeves of Venice, Florida, step-son Stacey Reeves of Peoria, AZ. step-daughter Amy Reeves of Osceola, 2 step-grandchildren Tristen and Salina Reeves of Osceola, 2 step-great grandchildren Payton and Bethannie Reeves, sister Letitia Mongar of Osceola and sister-in-law Margo Utley of Des Moines as well as other relatives & a host of friends.

Cremations will be buried at Maple Hill Cemetery with a celebration of life at a later date.
