I assume your family is not related to Rev Quirk. So in evaluating Nancy's maiden name it is the Illinois marriage index transcribed from Sangamon county records that claims her name was Chapim not Chapin.
I believe "Chapim" was a transcription error. There are several Chapin families living in Sangamon county (near Springfield) in 1820 and 1830 as was the family of Job.
Findagrave.com lists numerous relevant cemetery memorial descriptions as does Familysearch.
