Hi Dan !
I found them in 1880 Census, also Utica, page 473A. Their name is spelled ROARK. Michael age 51, Margret, 45, Tho. 21, Anna 19, Katie 16, John 13, Michael 10, Wm. 5.
I'll look it up again, must now go do some chores though, but I believe Michael is living by himself or in a facility in 1900 in Linn. Was he in the civil war? I think there is a military home there.
