Sues Hospital for Damages

Mason City, Ia.-Apr. 16- Alleging that death was due to suffocation from gas fumes, Mrs. Mary A. Holmes, formerly of this city, has brought suit for $20,000 against the Park Hospital Company and Times Building Company for the life of her daughter, Miss Hazel G. Holmes, who died in a bath tub at the hospital last May.
