Fined $10 on Charge of Intoxication After Threat to Kill Woman
Mrs. Myrtle Cheatdom, 633 1/2 Jackson avenue southwest, was fined $10 and costs Friday by Police Judge Morris Laird on charge of intoxication. She was arrested by police at 2:40 o'clock Thursday afternoon at her home. A hearing for Mrs. Cheatdom on a charge of threatening to commit a public offense wa continued.
Information against Mrs. Cheatdom was filed by Mrs. Mary Nicoloff, 633 Jackson avenue southwest, who alleged ,Mrs. Cheatdom threatened to kill with an ax.
