June 6, 1951Butler-Nolte Wedding In Omaha
Miss Shirley Butler, daughter of Mrs. Daisy Butler of Atlantic and Donald Nolte, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Nolte, also of Atlantic, were married at the Benson Presbyterian church in Omaha Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock. The Rev. E. G. Froyd officiated and attending the couple were Phyllis Auerbach and Robert Ainslie of Atlantic.
The bride wore a dress of baby blue lace over taffeta with white accessories. Her corsage was of pink carnations. The bridesmaid wore a pink nylon cord dress and white accessories, with a blue carnation corsage.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Vernon English home in Omaha.
Mrs. Nolte is employed at Spurgeon’s and Mr. Nolte is with Sather Sales company.
