I've never heard of Presbyterian Hospital in Black Hawk County and there is not a Woodlawn Cemetery in Black Hawk County. There is a Woodlawn Cemetery in Des Moines that I know of but I don't know if they ever had a Presbyterian Hospital. If you don't know where in Iowa that he died, you may want to have a search for a death certificate done at the state level. The cost is $15, whether they find his death record or not. There are some restrictions on who can get a copy of the record, so you might want to read the following web site and see if you can get a copy, if they locate it.
