I'm searching for photographs of Benjamin Franklin Shimp (1850 - 1922). He was born in Lancaster County, PA and died in Dunkerton, IA, on Aug 12, 1922. He was married to Emma Stoner and they had 5 children--William, Harvey, Clara, Arlington, and Archibald. He was the brother of my great grandfather, Samuel Shimp. I have a copy of Benjamin's obituary, but would love to find any photos of him or his family. It's said the Shimps moved from Illinois to Black Hawk County, IA, in 1879 and settled in Dunkerton (were farmers, I believe) in 1880. Were members of the Dunkerton Baptist church.
