Looking for any info on the Samuel C. Moore (1800-11860 born in York Co.,South Carolina; died Cedar Falls, Black Hawk, Iowa; married to Nancy Boone Williamson. His sons:

John 1827-1919

Samuel Wilson 1829-1862 (died in Civil War)

Thomas Franklin- 1832-1918

William Layton-1833-possible buried in Iowa

in 1912 in Glendale Cemetery in Polk Co,Iowa.

Robert 1839-1863

Especially looking for information on Samuel Wilson children since he died in the Civil War and on Thomas Franklin and William Layton. I am trying to find William Layton date of death and burial place.
