PENNELs of Blackhawk County, Iowa

David Rittenhouse PENNEL and his wife, Lucy Ann Steckman PENNEL, moved from Pennsylvania to Blackhawk County on April 09, 1860. They had at least one son born in Iowa: Frank PENNEL. About 10 years later, the family moved to Elk Point, Union County, Dakota Territory. I have much information on this family, but little on Frank PENNEL's birth or the family's where-abouts while in Blackhawk County, Iowa. Help!
