Page: 3Burglaries-A few night ago the Boot and Shoe Store of George Banger was entered by burglarious scamps, who abstracted therefrom a pair of fine calf skin boots and some other articles. As Mr. B. has large a large stock, it is impossible for him to tell the exact amount taken – probably not over one hundred dollars.
The same night the Drug Store of W. A. Hale was broken into from the rear of the building. The parties entering could not have been possessed of very extensive proportions, as the opening through which they made ingress was not over nine and one half inch by sixteen.
Whoever these parties are, they would do well to call and get a certain little article they, in their hurry left lying on the floor. It will be carefully preserved until called for.
