Page: 3SERIOUS ACCIDENT – We learn that will Mr. Kelly, a citizen of French Town, and a young lad about sixteen years old, a son of Mr. Miller, the same place, were coming to John Ashes, Cedar, Tp., their horses became frightened while in the timber on Millers’ Creek near Jerry Gays, and in their fright threw the boy from the wagon, inflicting such serious injuries that he died in a few hours. Dr. Bogart of this place was called to see him, but was unable to give any relief.
