Seeking information on the marriage record of Stella Ferne Hiner and Carroll Zeno Mack. They were married June 28, 1916 in Centerville, Iowa. As far as I can determine, they were both 16 years old at the time of their marriage. I am hoping the record may show who consented to Stella Ferne's marriage.

I have found information that Stella's father, Emory Hiner, sent Lillie Julia Hiner and Stella Ferne Hiner to "a relative" in southern Iowa to have them raise the girls. I'm trying to find who this relative may have been. I'm hoping the marriage record could shed some light on the matter.
