Parents of Sarah M Morgan 1866-1948

I'm looking for information on Sarah Morgan's parents. Following is the only info I have.
Sarah Minerva Morgan
Born Feb 28, 1866
Beatrice, Iowa -(I know there is no Beatrice, Iowa. There was a Beetrace, Iowa and there is a Beatrice, Nebraska. I tend to think it must have been Beetrace. Sarah's death cert says she was born in Iowa and so were both her parents.By 1886 Sarahs family was living in Vernon, Texas, where she married August Schulte in 1866.
I have Marriage info, nothing listed about the parents.Her father was Henry J. Morgan
Her mother died when she was about 10.
Sarah's death cert says her mom was
Mary Anne or Maryane Cheek
But we don't know if that is her birth mom or step mom.Sarah died in San Diego
April 20, 1948I don't have any dates for Mary's parents.
The family stories are:#1 Henry's first wife died and he remarried before going to Texas. Supposedly, both wives were sisters or related in some way.
#2 Henry Morgan had some bad business dealings with a partner that left him owing a large amount of money.
#3 Sarah, August and Sarah's brother left Texas 3 months after they were married and traveled on the Oregon trail by covered wagon to Oregon.
#4 Sarah found her sister in Washington state sometime in the 1930's or 40's.I do not how many siblings Sarah had.
I've been looking for info on this line for over 2 years.Any help would be fabulous. Thanks!
