I'm sure you are right because the article I found from the Centerville Daily Iowegian and citizen dated 20 April, 1920 states, "Anna Hays filed a suit in District Court asking that she be given a divorce from her husband Carl Hays". Just wasn't sure if District Court was right in Centerville.
