You might try to locate an obituary in a Downing or Schuyler County, Missouri newspaper. William is buried in the Coffey Cemetery in Downing, Missouri. Also buried there is his daughter, Elizabeth Eiffert. Elizabeth was born on May 27, 1924 and died on March 11, 1925, born in Center Township in Appanoose County, Iowa. William died in Center Township as well. It appears that William Eiffert and Edith Little were married on December 22, 1912 in Schuyler County, Missouri.
