I have been looking for a copy of this book for years and have never found one for sale. Since it is in copyright, one cannot even make a copy of one from a library. I understand that when Milo Murphy was near death that he had all of the remaining copies burnt or destroyed for some reason. His family does not have any copies available for sale. It is even hard to find in a library. The Appanoose County Historical and Coal Mining Museum in Centerville has a copy. You should check WorldCat.org to see if any library near you has a copy.
