And here's a local news piece about one of the attendees:
Centerville Daily Iowegian And Citizen Date: March 22, 1957
Mrs. Marie Lawson was called to Centerville by the death of her father, Mr. William Wakefield, who passed away at the St. Joseph Hospital in Centerville at 3 a.m. Thursday. He is survived by his wife and seven daughters and five sons. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m . in Mystic. Interment in the Philadelphia cemetery.
Since both of those articles say he was buried in the Philadelphia Cemetery, one before and one after the burial, I'd trust that's where he is.
