I found Henry with his parents in Lima Twp, Adams County, IL in the 1850 census.

James Workman 43 b. NC
Phebe 39 b. NC
Henry 15 b. IL

That location matches the information on findagrave:

I found two web sites that list James Workman's wife as Phoebe Gallimore. The first one links to additional generations of Workmans. I can't vouch for it's accuracy.

I found a death of their son James in Lima Twp, Adams County, IL that also lists James's and Phoebe's names.
