Croft Cemetery

I tried to visit the Croft Cemetery this Memorial Day and couldn’t find it. According to the map link on your website, it is at the north end of a lane called 302ndAve. I think I located the lane (with a “dead end” sign) and followed it to the north end. There I found a repository for old vehicles and equipment accompanied by a “no trespassing” sign. But no cemetery. And while there were buildings that may have been offices or shops, there was no one around on Memorial Day weekend.
Was I around the right place? Is it accessible by car or on foot? Do I need permission to access and, if so, from whom?
