According to the Appanoose County Cemetery Index published by the Appanoose County Genealogical Society, there are no Millers listed in the Orleans Cemetery-could possibly be that there is no stone or the stone could have been unreadable. Do you know if Hiram had a middle name-could be listed under his middle name and might possibly be in a different cemetery?

Listed as buried in the Moravia Cemetery-Taylor Township-Appanoose County, Iowa were:

HUTTON: Sara E. Oct. 3, 1821-Mar. 5, 1909 wife of J.S.
J.S. Feb. 12, 1820-July 22, 1884
Lewis d.Dec. 20, 1883 10y 1m 24d son of J. & S.
