STEVENS, MILLER, AND WILKINSON

Hello everyone! I'm looking for my great great grandfather's family farm that sat in Appanoose County on the Missouri state line. I have several old photographs that don't show much, but the writing on the back might help. FWIW, the Isaac Lane Miller family, my Stevens married into, lived in Pleasant Twp. in 1870 (according to the census), and in fact, the two farms may have bordered or nearly bordered on another.
Another clue that I have is that Isaac L. Miller moved his family into Appanoose County from Dayton, Ohio in or about 1857, when one of his son's was 8 years old. His daughter Romelia Hanks Miller apparently taught school in Appanoose County during the 1860's, marrying in 1867 to James Hadley Stevens and then immediately removed back to Dayton, Ohio. Her father appears to have stayed in Iowa at least a couple more years.
Below my signature are the only clues I have from the backs of the photographs on where the Stevens farm may have sat. The pictures were mailed out in 1903. I don't know if anyone can put one plus one together and turn up who the Stevens was that owned this farm, and when it was purchased, and sold by the Stevens family. I can try to get a few of the pictures downloaded and on my website by Sunday Sept. 22. Thanks in advance.

"Looking West, The stateline road. Your old place is the first on the right, the Wilkinson place is second on the right..."
