Unknown family, probably from Waukon w/Nebraska connection

This picture was part of Caroline Bottolfsen Olsen’s photos - she lived in Cedar County NE.

The photo was most likely sent to the Cedar Co., NE family as there was a Waukon photographer’s signature on the original.

I realize it is a poor scan, and it is very possible the original picture now has been thrown away, but I kept the scan with the hope that someday the family could be identified.

This is all I know about the picture and hope that someone else will be able to ID someone.
