I could not find the connection to Allamakee County, but did locate the following for you in Minnesota:

Fred Buhlman, age 59, born in Germany, farmer;
Louise Buhlman, age 36, born in Germany
Fred Buhlman, age 9, born in Minnesota
Louise Buhlman, age 8, born in Minnesota
Mary Buhlman, age 7, born in Minnesota

Louise Buhlman to John Brown on 26 November 1891 in Brownsville;
Mary Bulmahn to Julius William Hanke on 13 March 1895 in Brownsville;

Fredrick Bulmahn (age 28) born September 1871, farmer, owns farm free of mortgage, single;

Since it appears that the elder Frederick Buhlman is probably deceased by 1900 (he would have been close to 80), I searched for his widow, Louise remarrying. I located a marriage in Houston County for Daniel Hairy to Louise Bullmahn on 27 March 1894 - certificate #D-378.

I then located Daniel Hainz and wife, Louisa residing in Caledonia, Houston County, Minnesota in the 1900 Census. Louisa was born in December 1843 in Germany, had been married 6 years and had 3 children, all living.

By 1920, Louise Haines was widowed and living with her daughter and son-in-law, John and Louise Brown, and family in Brownsville. [Census Brownsville, Houston, Minnesota; T625, Roll 840; Page: 7A; Enumeration District: 62;]

Checking the Minnesota Death Index produced the following:
Frederick William Buhlman died 5 July 1945 in Brownsville;
Louise Brown died 15 May 1942 in Brownsville.
Louise Haines died 5 February 1926 in Houston County, Death Certificate #005730.

Sources you could check to locate Louise's maiden name:
Marriage applications for Louise to John Brown and Mary to Julius Hanke and Louise to Daniel Haines;
Death Certificates and obituaries for Frederick Buhlman, Louise Brown and Louise Buhlman Haines.
