Death Certificate for an Edward Burgess died 1894

This is my great great grandfather and according to a bio on his son Jesse O. Burgess that lived in Black Hawk County, Edward died in Allamakee county in 1894. I have done extensive research in trying to find the grave. His other son James is in Rossville Cemeteery in Allamakee County, but not his folks, at least not with a marker. So I am hoping to find a death cert on Edward and possible his wife Catherine Burgess who died in 1884 ( in Waukon). Any help would be great! I would be happy to pay for someones time.
